Your reading method and ethics
Write down how you read and what you will not do, test it on one practice reading with the seven-criterion self-rubric, and learn to keep and revise your method on purpose.
In this lesson you will
- Write a short method and ethics statement in your own words.
- Test it on a practice reading and score that reading honestly on the seven criteria.
- Keep your method from reading to reading, and revise it on purpose.
You can read cards, positions, patterns, reversals and dignities, and you know where a reading stops. This last lesson asks you to write down how you read: your method and your ethics, in your own words, so that every reading starts from the same ground.
Nothing here is graded. You write a short statement, test it on one practice reading, score that reading on the seven criteria you know from Reader capstone, and answer three questions about keeping a method. Your statement stays in your journal, where you can revise it.
