Price: Plus monthly: $4.99 or ¥680 a month. Plus yearly: $39 or ¥5,800 a year. Prices include tax, and the checkout page shows the final amount in your currency before you pay. The price may change, as set out in the Plus subscription terms.
Other costs: Internet connection and data charges are yours. Paying in US dollars or yen costs nothing extra. If you choose another currency at checkout, Dodo Payments converts the price and may add a currency conversion fee of 2–4%, shown in the total before you pay.
Payment methods: Credit and debit cards, and the other methods shown on the Dodo Payments checkout page.
When you pay: At purchase, then automatically on each renewal date, every month or every year, until you cancel.
When the service starts: As soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
Contract period and renewal: One month or one year, renewed automatically for the same period at the price shown until you cancel.
Cancellation: From Account → Plan → “Manage subscription”. To stop the next charge, cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You are not charged again, and Plus stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.
Returns and refunds: Plus is a digital service that starts as soon as you pay, so payments are non-refundable, including unused parts of a period. The exceptions are a charge made in error (such as a duplicate charge), a refund Dodo Payments grants under its buyer terms, and a refund the law requires. See the Plus subscription terms.
Requirements: A current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an internet connection.
Payment processing: Dodo Payments processes the payment as merchant of record and issues invoices and receipts. Veil Soul never receives your card details.
